The R4-35A with an integrated charging hopper, cutting manual loading time and lifting output to 20,000 standard bricks per shift.
Ex-works China. Freight, packing and duties are quoted per destination.
The R4-35AH is the R4-35A with an integrated charging hopper, and that single change takes output from about 15,000 to about 20,000 standard bricks per eight-hour shift, or 3,200 hollow blocks. The 4.8 kW drive and 35-second cycle are unchanged; the frame is taller at 1,950 mm to suit the hopper feed height.
About 20,000 standard bricks (240 × 53 × 115 mm) or 3,200 hollow blocks (390 × 190 × 190 mm) in an eight-hour shift, at one block every 35 seconds.
The cycle stays at 35 seconds and the drive stays at 4.8 kW. What the hopper removes is the hand-shovelling of the mould box, which is the step that limits the R4-35A. That is the whole of the difference between about 15,000 and about 20,000 standard bricks per shift.
It stands 1,950 mm against the R4-35A at 1,550 mm, because the hopper feeds from above. Check the headroom of the building before committing to this model.
EXW US$1,690 including one steel mould box. A customised mould box for pavers and shaped blocks is US$420.
