The largest of the 45-second mobile machines, with a 3.7 kW drive for higher output on standard bricks and hollow blocks.
Ex-works China. Freight, packing and duties are quoted per destination.
The R4-45 is the largest of the 45-second mobile machines, producing about 12,000 standard bricks or 1,800 hollow blocks in an eight-hour shift. Its 3.7 kW drive is sized to carry heavier and multi-cavity mould boxes, and the wider 1,250 × 1,350 mm footprint keeps it stable under that load.
About 12,000 standard bricks (240 × 53 × 115 mm) or 1,800 hollow blocks (390 × 190 × 190 mm) in an eight-hour shift, at one block every 45 seconds.
The 3.7 kW drive is specified for heavier and multi-cavity mould boxes rather than for raw speed — the cycle stays at 45 seconds. The R2-45 and R3-45, which take a single steel mould box, run one 1.1 kW vibration motor.
380 V three-phase or 220 V single-phase, drawing 3.7 kW.
EXW US$1,290 including one steel mould box. A customised mould box for non-standard block profiles is US$450, higher than on the smaller machines because of the larger mould size.
